The lack of dead center closed wouldn't bother me. Can't see it in action not opening all the way.

I emailed 3knives. Hopefully I can get a replacement. It’s not too bad but as I said the liners where the flat guard bolsters are show 3 pieces,if I file some of the picklock away the blade should open fully. The blade locks but it’s not flat. The blade not being centered isn’t too bad but honestly it’s not even close. I guess I was expecting better fitment. I was very excited after seeing some really nice ones.

Most of the Campolins have tention to be a little bit "banana bladed"......but I wouln't expect such a big liner gap on a $300+ knife. In fact....the reason for buying such a knife to me is the look of that solid NS flat guard.

No such thing as a perfect knife. But these are close. JV is right about not being centered. Not many are dead center.
