Hello, everyone
I am industrial designer located in Portugal. I have been designing knifes for 10 years. I really like to hear opinions about what makes a good knife. It is that spirit of sharing of opinions and knowledge that i registered this forum
I have bee designing for Portuguese, French, Norwegian and Swedish manufacturers. One example is the line made by EKA sweeden for Chef Lingstrom.
Hope that I can share here what I know about knifes and hear about knifes.
