Wanted to buy swingers

Post by Jackalope »

I'm looking for original 1960's Italian swing guards in 5 1/2" and 6 1/4" overall lengths. I prefer horn handles.
Cash or trade. Let me know. Thanks!!!

I had a 5 1/2" swingguard styled lock back stiletto in horn. It had the flat top bolster, but it never had actual guards, undrilled tang. I've never seen this size with swing guards. Love the 6 1/4"! But I've only seen those in stag. Good luck to you!

The little horn one was interesting. Had a homiji stamp or something like that. I'll look for pics.
And I'm still around sometimes. And still have my favorite switchblades!

Oh, yes! Still love them. And still have the 60's Italian swing guards, too! But haven't added a new knife in a long, long time

Didn't you have a drool inducing stag 11" 60's swing guard?

Not a stag but a pretty horn model. Has a cool stamp too.
My 9" I bought from Angelo about 20 years ago. It was in his personal collection.
Do you have any photos of yours?

I have a pretty 11" stag swinger with the A.G.A. Campolin stamp on it. I don't think that I ever saw another with that stamp. That one is close to 20 years old.

Oh, I love the 11" IRN stamped swing guard! I could have sworn it had a gnarly, amber stag mate (not with that stamp, just same pattern and size). They all look perfect! When those things are made just right, the precision and solidity is just exciting.
I do have a bunch of pics of my stuff. But all old pics, most posted here in the past. About the best view I get these days is through plastic baggies. They love it!
