Why is there a nail nick on that stamina stiletto? I don't think I have ever seen that before on an 11 incher?

Anyone notice the spelling of Stainless Steel on the top scale? Apparently, someone in Italy decided to spell it "stainless stell." and had several thousand scales made up this way. Every one of them I've seen in the past two years contains the error. I suppose some will argue that this increases the value of the knife :(

While I'm thinking about it, these knives aren't made by Frank Beltrame, but rather coltellerie spadon in Maniago. This also is old news to experienced collectors, but bears repeating for the benefit of the newbies.

Note: this post is no longer relevant since the 777 OTF has been removed from the post by the author.

Ash,

I'm pretty certain you are mistaken about Frank assembling the Italian Out the Front knives. Frank DOES distribute them along wiht his own product, but he doens't make them.
