They'll appeal it and drag it out as long as they can, the mindset in the DC area is very anti-gun, but it's a good start and something to build on, maybe one day there will be more 2nd A supporters then there are sheeple! one can only hope!!!

The issue will still be the method to obtain a permit. In NY there has always been a permit system, but try and get a permit to carry and you will be turned down unless your retired law enforcement or a very select few. Not fair or legal but the way it has always been....

We are conditioned to believe this to be a "big win" or a step forward but the fact is it is our constitutional rights and shouldn't be fighting this in the first place.
