Where in Milan can I get keychain stilettos?

Where in Milan can I get keychain stilettos?

I have some friends who are there and want to pick up some of the 2.75" (open) mini stilettos. I know that skm sells them (and I have an inquiry out to them) but want to check w/other people too.

Any ideas?
