My question here is- What type of gun did this man use?
Are handguns illegal in all of New York or just NYC?

But the real fact is a black man shooting a white kid not only doesn't make headlines...it doesn't even make a well-known web site.

Judging from the photograph this black dude looks like a good 6 ft tall and 225 pounds or more but it is easier to just shoot the kid.
I am a self proclaimed "white" Al Sharpton :lol:

A Black kid got shot. A White kid got shot. A jury ruled [the same] in both cases :idea: That should be the end it :!:
