It is the Max Coltellerie APNEA 9 Gray Fixed Blade Knife Satin Serrated made from 4.116 Stainless Steel.

It could be held against the calf or forearm with an "Ace" bandage for discrete protection while traveling.

Thoughts?

Well, I bit. At $26.99 this should be a nice little piece of "insurance" during my travels.

It arrived yesterday and I put an edge on it this morning. Light, quick and extremely corrosion resistant.

Works for me!

Thanks, Ian.

I have been wondering if it wouldn't be better to drill a couple of holes in the end of the handle and attach a pocket clip to this dagger. If I did this I could slide it into one of my sports jacket inside pocket. (This would minimize bulge and make it available at a moment's notice. That would make it mighty handy on the street).

Suggestions? Comments?

I wouldn't want it in my pocket without a sheath, especially with serrations on it.

Probably not. A sheath that can be clipped inside the jacket pocket may be what's in order.
