Does anyone know if Boker ever used horn to scale their 712R model?

Re: Boker 712R
I can't remember ever seeing one in horn.
Re: Boker 712R
Though I believe some of the 712s could be found in stag, I think they dedicated the 715s to be strictly stag models.

I haven't seen any in horn, not to say that they don't exist. I have seen them in a few colors of bone, both smooth and jigged. Does anyone know the significance of the "R"? My only example is one of the newer ones in jigged delrin, and it is etched simply as "712"

I think I read that they dropped the “R” in the very early 80’s (‘80-‘82?). But never did read what the “R” meant.jim d, wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 11:42 am I haven't seen any in horn, not to say that they don't exist. Somewhere I remember seeing an explanation for what they all meant but can't seem to find it anymore. Maybe it was Kens site.
