my experience with 3knives (positive)

Post by whos2kno »

Well this is my 4th order from them and here is my story.

I places a order with them 2 weeks ago for 4 knives.
1 11" horn
2 9" horn
1 cz predator

Received the package last Friday and opened it and only 2 knives where in the box and only 1 was correct out of the 4.(the sent me 1 11 horn and 1 13" simulated horn
I emailed them and took pictures of what I received and they emailed me that Monday saying they apologizing for the mistake and they are going to look into it.tuesday the wrote me saying they have no idea on how the mistake was done and they will FedEx the 3 correct knives to me. I asked what they wanted me to do with the 13" and they wrote back and said keep it and post about my experience
I received the Wednesday shipment today and the 3 correct knives are here
It was a honest mistake and they took care of it in a timely manner
A big thumbs us for 3 knives
Here is the pics

Awesome horn, and a free knife. Doesn't get any better.
They have always been more than fair to me. I have and will continue to business with 3knives.

Glad it worked out.

If that 13" was what your initial imitation horn question was about- It is definitely faux horn. Now that you have the real horn and the imitation next to each other you can really tell the difference. Most of the imitation horn I have ever seen on an Italian knife always has that brown, black, white pattern.

The buffalo horn on both knives is awesome. I really like the white swoosh marks. Your Mikov is a very well made knife.
I glad it all worked out.
