Returns to 3knifes.com

Has anyone had to do a return to 3kives.com what is the turn around and what is best way to haandle it i placed an order for 4 knifes and when they arrived one was broken i send 3 emails so far and no answer was wondering has anyone else gone thru this......? ?

What knife, and how is it broken?
I may be able to repair it inexpensively.

Its a russian mafe stilleto double bolster release when i got it i pushrd button it made a pop sound and a piece of spring came out

You are treating this like a defective toaster oven from Walmart. Return to 3knives? Dream on. You ran the gauntlet from Italy (where the knives are by the way illegal) to the US where they are illegal in majy states, and now you propose to do this twice more? You imply that there is some type of warranty? Put on you big girl panties and suck it up, buttercup.

Good to see you post again Dave! I don't think he would have anything to lose but a broken knife and the postage sending it back. I'm sure it could be repaired State side but it probably won't be cheap.

It is not illegal to manufacture switchblades in Italy. It requires a permit.
It is illegal to import them into the US.
If 3knives can't help you, I'm sure I can repair the knife.

3Knives orders ship from Austria, not Italy.

i sent them an email about a return the other day.

They told me to send it back.

Perhaps i should add, i live in the EU and i've been a fairly good customer over the last few months.

So maybe its' one, or both, of those reasons.

Hey guys thumbs up to 3knifes.com it cost me 8 bucks to ship to thiet stateside return dept. Then they shipped me brand new knife i couldnt be happier....keep up the good work
