Kissing Crane gravity knife

This is the seller's picture, not mine but I got this Kissing Crane gravity knife today. Anyone know much about it?

They are a little "rattley" and were made until Klaas closed their doors.
Very simple mechanism.
AKC recently made an updated version of this knife.

I noticed the rattle and mine doesn't appear to have ever been used. It's a simple but interesting design.
