In Great Expectations (1998) is the charakter played by Robert De Niro assassinated in ny subway with a 11" stag handle stiletto, probably a vintage one - notice the the pins on the scale.

Watched The Rifleman tonight, the episode "The Boarding House"
The bad guy comes to town with his goon and of course Lucas saves the day but this time he didn't use his rifle,he just got brutal with his hands.
At one point the knife looks like a 9 incher but when he get's his butt whipped and Lucas tells him to pick up the knife he refused and his goon picks it up and says "I always wanted a good knife" then walks out. It's definitely an 11".
The episode aired February 24,1959 (Season 1/episode 22)

Just watching "Mummy tomb of the dragon emperor ,"and my wife( who is now more adept at spotting switches in movies than me) :) paused it on O,Connels wife evie, who has a pearlex handled switch in her stocking garter, she gets stopped from throwing it at an enemy..
Its on the part just before the dragon emperor is found.
Sorry if irs been covered but couldnt find it in this great topic.

Just saw John Wick. First, William Dafoe gets stabbed in the thigh with an Italian stiletto auto, then, a little while later, it gets Keanu Reeves.

Wife dragged me to the theater yesterday, we saw this movie "The Nice Guys", it's watchable I guess but the highlight for me was this party fight scene where evil black dude whips out a switchblade, looked like a classic Italian stiletto, maybe 11" w/ bayo blade. Hard to tell, it was only shown for a few seconds.

The movie House II, which was not as good as I remember it being when I was nine, featured a 9" Rizzuto.

Those double pins at the top of the back scale are interesting. What is to be made of that?

Watching films has never been the same since joining TB,im consrantly on the look for a switchblade or if one sneaks up,its pause and rewind.
My wife spotted this one on Twilight saga Breaking Dawn part 1
Its when Edward Cullen is explaining his past as a vampire, a killer of only bad men . ......one drops a switchblade in an alley ,apologies if covered and for pictures I took off the tele.
