I wonder if it was in the background, as opposed to something a character used. There are a number of examples of that in this thread, like the Rizzuto on the desk in the movie Scarface.

There was that scene where she fought the Crazy 88s. There were a ton of guys in that scene, one of them could have had the JPL. Although, that was in the first movie.

Also, what is the stamp on the pl? Not that it would help find it in the movie, lol; I was just curious.

I thought that too. Who knows if it can actually be seen in the movie or not.
I'll have to watch it again. That's why I asked if anyone remembers it. One friend
Told me he did remember seeing one

I believe the stamp is just Stainless.

Regardless an 11" Japanese auto picklock is really hard to come by.

Yeah, the 11" one seem like it is the rarest. I've seen more 15s than 11s. Although, the 15s are manuals.

Not a TV fan nor cartoons but found this quite amusing and pretty cool. Great sense of humor.
The black chick is jealous of her boyfriend and this girl-

Archer I think it is-
She says: "gettin' a snack are ya Jane"
Next pic she says: "gettin' a tampon are ya Jane"
Pretty funny stuff.

Ellie, the 14 year old heroine from the video game masterpiece, THE LAST OF US, never hesitates using her stiletto switchblade.

I dunno, but that jewel looks like a 15" stiletto.I have one and they are really heavy duty compared to the 13"
ones, two inches longer and twice the weight. BTW,I really get a kick out of the Movie Switchblades.
You guys obviously put in a lot of work and time to create this thread and I thank you for it! :D

Here's a great one. It John Belushi as Vito Corleone with an 11" Step-bolster Rizzuto in an old SNL episode.

Rizzuto's ruled the 80's, the original Japanese ones and the Korean clones. I have two Rizzuto's in my collection- a small white one (6" I think) and the middle size black one (8"?). I picked up a small Korean one 20 years ago but it was not the quality of the original, it didn't last long and had 0 utility. I recently replaced a missing swing guard on a black 11" one for a friend. It worked great when I was done although it was my first. The knife was rough all around- scratches on the blade, peaked quite a bit, but the scales and rivets were good. Now I want an 11" for my collection. I would post pics of all but I'm new here and having trouble uploading pics from my computer. I guess I need to make a photo bucket account first. IDK.

Just watched the English movie, The Angry Silence (1960). Near the end an Italian switchblade comes into play. About 11" I would guess.

I haven't read all 121 pages of this thread, but has anyone mention The Devil's Brigade obstacle course scene where Claude Akins asked, "Has anyone got a knife?" one of the me produced an 11" picklock and opened it. Akins then asked, "is it sharp?" and the other character grinned widely promptly cut the overhead line, dropping the Canadian soldier (dressed in a kilt) into the mud pit below.

Just watched the famous silent movie, Greed, directed by Eric Von Stoheim. A rather large clip point makes its appearance in a bar scene at about the 25 minute mark.

Very interesting, because this movie was has been made 1924! I've never though that this model could be that old.
