Re: 11" Antonio Contini
Great looking knife, Thom. I've never seen ram's horn finished completely smooth like that. All the ram's horn I've seen has the textured finish of the horn. Even the one custom French that I have has some minimal texture.

Rush Limbaugh’s Passing
Although I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting him, I consider him to be a friend for 33 years. He reflected not only my views on life but 40M + listeners. Long live the memory of Rush Limbaugh.

Vintage 9" Italian Picklock
Here r some pics of a recent purchase of an older Italian picklock. Not sure of the age but it's definitely from the '50's if not older. Has a carbon steel blade, NS bolsters, safety and button, unmolested bayo blade with the front tang stamp "ITALY" and no rear stamp. Beautiful aged horn scales w/r...

Re: Wasp Dagger grind
That’s a great looking vintage picklock that has multiple sought after features. Wasp body, flat lock tab, dagger blade, all brass pins including the pivot pin, flat ear guards, unusual spring design and earless liners... these features make for a very unique knife. Very, very nice! You state that i...

Re: AKC or a clone?
Stamp or not, that knife is Chinese! Yep Here is the old thread showing the difference in the stamp /etch. You can still see the pictures even though the bastards at photobucket have water marked blurred the images. https://www.talkblade.info/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10269 I see the difference now. Does...

Re: AKC or a clone?
I believe that this stamp is the first AKC stamp used. I won't buy any AKC knives unless they have this particular stamp. I could be all wet but that's my opinion. Look's like I'm all wet.
