Re: My new Rizzuto

Hello Mr.BTB and Mr. dark,
I too hope he can keep the cost down.
Jmack's project is dead; I read on SD that manufacturer wants a minimum order of 50,000 units.

Re: Korean swingguard w/brass buttons

Hello Panzer, Nice knife I like it a lot. It's very cool. There is something unique and special about those knives. I have one of those Korean Rizzy's too. http://i823.photobucket.com/albums/zz153/john6553/Korean%20Rizzuto/2011-02-28_0021-1.jpg http://i823.photobucket.com/albums/zz153/john6553/Korea...

Hello Panzer
Very wicked cool. I'm sure Bill can restore it for you. He replaced a back spring on a vintage Due Buoi for me.
Congratulations on your newest addition,

Re: My new Rizzuto

Hello BTB, We've been waiting for the trap door for awhile now. I was hoping Frank would surprise us with it this June, but he told me the mechanism is complicated and he won't go into production until it's perfect. Honestly, I'm glad he's not rushing it. I'd rather wait a few more months and have h...

Re: My new Rizzuto

Hi Tom, I don't understand start up costs. What seems simple to me may be much more complicated. Research and development can be very costly, but to me all the R&D has been already done on previously made knives. The Rizzy would need some tweaking and it's done, but I must be over simplifying things...

Re: Straydog Mini AKC Custom Scaled LL

Hello Mr. Dawg,
The AKC Mini's are really nice knives. A custom piece like that at $126.00 is a good deal.

Re: My new Rizzuto

Hello Everyone, Two days ago I was talking to Frank Beltrame and suggested to him that he produce a limited edition good quality run of 300 Rizzutos. While he did think it was a good idea he also when onto say that start up costs for arum of 300 would not be cost effective. Plus he is still working ...
