Schrade Walden NY Ruins

So many knives made here. It's wonderful that many of the knives survived, but the factory did not. Re: Dad worked for Schrade

lol..yes Mr. natcherly, it looks like someone may have attempted to prune a tree rather than a simple haircut with these. I often brought up the switchblade subject with him. He just never seemed to have a drop of interest. He carries a Schrade pocketknife with him all his life. Comes in and out of ...

Re: WTB: Display stand

I'm not really familiar with that specific one arlen. Looks well built and sturdy. Depends on whether you want to display your collection or rather keep them more private in a drawer type case. One "problem" (if you will) with my suggestion, is if you host much company ie. the type you'd rather not ...

Re: WTB: Display stand

arlen, if you ever consider a display case (contrary to a stand), I have purchased 3 from www.customdisplays.com they build them to order. But really a great way to present your collection IMO. (Also keeps dust off).

Re: WTB: 11" bayonet blade, black acrylic stiletto

Nice arlen! I'm glad you and MarkT93Cobra could work out your search. Truly still hard to believe how scarce a simple solid black scaled 11" stiletto really seems to be. Not as "common" as one would think. Classic!

Re: New 11" Renzo Pascotto

Nice one Luke! I would have not gotten' another Frosolone if it weren't for the Renzo Pascotto stamp. Angelo put them in the "Deals" section for 20% off. $254 USDs INCLUDING shipping. A heck of a deal! (They are pretty though): https://i.imgur.com/4bBGJDA.jpg Mother Of Pearl added August, 2018... ht...

Re: Knife Shop.com

Nice arlen...anxious to here how your order/delivery goes. Great pricing but the darn shipping ($). Of course, the cost to get it home only brings the price to around what one would expect to pay for the piece. Please let us know how it goes.

Re: Armando Beltrame "Box"

Thank you John! I do find it very fitting that an AB piece belongs in an AB box and a very nice piece indeed. So, Armando never made a 15" model, but, presumably A.G.A. Campolin did for him? Gee, this hobby can be confusing lol. The Maniago mystery of the cottage industry is very interesting. Renzo ...

Re: Armando Beltrame "Box"

Thank you Mr. natcherly. The box does hold my 15" A.G.A. Campolin very well. I just hadn't realized that any Armando Beltrame pieces were ever produced (or stamped) to be fitting of such it's own box. I thought possibly AB made some "special or limited edition" that I wasn't aware of. Though A.G.A. ...

Armando Beltrame "Box"

Hi all. Just wondering...Did Armando Beltrame use this (type) of box for a specific model he produced? I'm pretty sure they came in different sizes and this one is 16" in length. I can't quite think of a "special" AB model he may have used them for. https://i.imgur.com/9pndH4a.jpg https://i.imgur.co...
