That's sound correct on the patent. Just seemed odd you would message him. You are not the custodian of the internet.

Re: Custom or bull
Help me out here. What's the patent infringement? He doesn't have Bills name on the blade. Bill didn't invent the release mechanism or the style of crossguard. He used a different blade material and you guys pointed out some dimensional differences, i.e. channel length. So the knife he is selling is...

Re: SOMEBODY TRANSLATE PLEASE!!!!
Yeah, I saw that same listing on Sharperdeals. It is a swivel bloster, not a picklock. What a shit ass response from him You would think he wants to sell the knife.

Nice knives. Swingers are symmetrical by design, Dagger or plain blade look best. Just my opinion.

Re: Anyone Like Buffalo Horn as Much as I do?
Hey Tom and Jules, thanks. I had the Stock Set made for the Colt in 2006 and they have held up real well. Gun sits in its case in a vault, not out in the open. They haven't curled. I have a 2014 Campoline Wasp and there is some curling already. Maybe there is some treatment the Stock Makers use like...

That has a nice classic look especially with the Horn Scales. Bernie has a nice 13" stag with filework on his new site. I need to go buy it. These are cool.

Re: Got me a new gun
In Texas when the Concealed Handgun Permit first came out, you had to carry what you took the proficiency exam with unless you use an auto in the class, then you can carry the revolver. I always took it with an auto as it allowed you to carry a revolver as well. It wasn't that way for folks that too...

Re: Buck 110 Conversion
You have been real busy with the knives lately. I love the 110. Had one in high school and I still have it today. This conversion looks real sleek, almost factory.

Re: A little help identifying 13" Stag
I like the "Chunky" Stag. Nice find. First picklock I had in high school was a "Chunky" Stag 9". That was almost 50 years ago. Where has the time gone.

Put it in an auction and the final bid will determine it's value based on its condition and current demand.

I would say you are figuring out the value just fine. A few more days and you will know its ultimate value in the current market.

Re: Expendable Eagle
Here is a cool Hunting Cutlass. Only one I have ever pulled out for the "Woods". Same Landau guard style. Back in the day there were used in hunting. Here in Texas, south of here going towards the Rio Grande Valley guys hunt for hogs with dogs and only use large knives in the hunt to dispatch the ho...
