I have seen the term "Pointhorn" used to describe horn scales a few times. Could someone give me the definition of pointhorn and how it is identified?

Orlando, The Mini-UDT has been my EDC for about 4 months. I got mine on e-bay and got one with a safety, or so I thought. The one that was shipped to me did not have a safety, and after carrying it for a while I have concluded that a safety is not necessary on this knife. The area around the button ...

Dan -O, I would have done it if I had seen it before you. Forum members: PLEASE THINK before posting. We have a great thing here! The fine folks at SKM sponsor this forum for us. It is essentially a knife forum and our Administrator, Arthas, gives a lot of latitude with respect to what we post. Thin...

mrbigg, There are clones of Bokers everywhere. In defense of those selling converted Toplocks, they may mean that their knives are genuine Bokers, and not clones. All of my Toplock conversions are rock solid. In my opinion, the important issue is not whether the conversion was done at the factory, b...

Stepdaddy, No malice intended, but: 1. It is very graphic and is not really what our forum is about. 2. It certainly does not belong in this section, for off-topic stuff we have a section called off-topic. Furthermore, I'm not sure that photos of decapitated humans have a place in any of the section...

JerrBear, I did chuckle at the cartoonish image my perveted imagination depicted as a result of your post. However, it is my understanding that although malodorous hirsuite honeys exist on Mt. Zoomie, they are not exactly elusive. Perhaps our esteemed resident will comment. Interesting coincidence c...

Stepdaddy, I'm not sure what thread you are referring to since you did not tell us. The forum Administrator and Moderators can delete threads and posts, as well as edit posts. We are a lot more tolerant here than at other forums dedicated to switchblades. However, sometimes things get out of control...

Waya, Thanks for the public service announcement. I agree that it is appropriate for us to send e-mails to fraudulent sellers letting them know that we are aware of their attempt at deception and that we are spreading the word throughout the collector community. My e-mail will go out in a few minute...
