Really nice 4.5"ers Tuffy. Angelo still has the 2.75" key chains and a few 4.5"ers available. He (SKM) just did a new run of 5.5"ers as well.
Here's my only 4.5" with 2- 5.5"ers....

...well, one thing's for sure. The newer members sure do dig deep into the older threads, which is a good thing! But, sure does throw me off thinking it's a new thread! lol

Very nice indeed! I like the idea of the lighted curio cabinet, but the thought of dusting and glass cleaner are surely a labor of love.

Re: Safety on an Italian/stiletto
So sorry to hear what you're going through with that purchase Scott. The only reason I can possibly understand why you were drawn to that piece was because it had screws instead of pins and you wanted to get a better look at the internal mechanisms of a switchblade knife. Other than the easier acces...

Wow Tuffy, really nice pieces! You've actually had the 2.75" pieces re-scaled? I would have never even thought of that. Great idea. That can be no easy task. I've added a few 2.75" key chains. I usually add 1 or 2 to any order coming from Austria...

Ahh, okay, THAT's "proud". Thanks Ron! I've stared at that pic with the blade extended so many times trying to figure out what the heck is going on there.pappy57 wrote:There you go Chris, that pic of the blonde is the perfect example of a blade that sits "proud". The reverse would be "banana".

...That's better. My non-expert opinion would agree with you being produced in the '60's in Maniago Italy. I tried zooming in on the link photo of the rear tang looking for PATENT stamp. It's a very nice little swinger and a fine addition to any collection IMO.

Re: Can someone identify the year of this Rostfrei switchblade?
Hi. It looks like you attempted to post 4 pictures, but my laptop only shows the 1st one of the backside. Can you give us the length opened? I'm sure you tried to post pics of the tang stamp and it's possibly only my PC that I can't see the other 3 pics on. From the one pic I see, it looks like a mo...

Re: 11" Square Button & 13" Flatguard
2 gorgeous pieces there Thom! The BURN kris blade has no locking pin hole? Is it just not all the way through. The small square button is the safety? Paul makes those safeties so short, they almost appear to be an electric button lol. The safety was removed from the 13"? Both VERY nice!
