Re: Jndiana Postcard

I have one of the identical post cards. I don't know when they made them but, I have had mine for about 10 - 15 years.

That is one fine looking knife. Also is one of my favorite tang stamps. You don't see many in 33cm. I'll post photos of one that I bought when I get a chance.

Re: 9" "Topless Bolster"

I was going to mention the term "derby bolster" but didn't because the photos do show the derby type top bolster but the bottom bolster looks to be standard, as opposed to yours Jeff, where the bottom bolster also appears shorter. Jim Good eye Jim. Most that I have seen did have a short boLster. Th...

Re: Matched Pair 13" AGA's

Absoltely gorgeous horn on those. Congrats Thom! Here is the one I had with the French Tip horn. DSCN7997-001.JPG Another shot of it with a 15" mop and an 18" with killer stag. Campolin Combo1-1.jpg I liked the color of the horn so much I contacted Lucio Dibon over in Maniago for that color of horn ...

Re: 9" "Topless Bolster"

Your knife is very cool. I have heard these called "Derby Bolsters"
I have owned a couple. Most I have seen have INOX blades.

I had one that had a ROMA stamp.

You sure picked a beauty Chris. That horn will age nicely. If you have kids they will appreciate it when that horn turns to a tobaco color. 😎

Re: Edge Company Gravity Knife no box

Howdy Greg. Never heard of a tag sale. Is that like a fleamarket? Tag sales are basically estate sales where all items they are selling have price tags on them. Generally the items are still in place around the house and people walk through the house and pick out what they want to buy. It takes out...

The subject of the red dot Latama has come up years ago. There are quite a few examples if you do some deep dive searches between TB & SD.

Re: Heads Up: AGA Flatguards back in stock

I thought about it. Went to look again and they were sold out. Saved me $300. That is strange, limited edition, but no numbering. Anyone know how many of each? Couldn't have been many MOP's. This is from their web page. "LIMITED QUANTITY OF 300 PIECES in 5 different natural handels! Note: as it is ...

Are you possibly thinking about the article ''Toys that kill'' ? I have a copy. I think the magazine was Ladies Home Journal.
