My friend is in law enforcement and went to Italy for work a few years back. He said he did see them in sporting goods and gun stores but you need a permit to buy them. Bill how could they not know? They have listed fake Hubies too.....I think they know....They sell knives for a living and I am sure they handled the real ones at some point. If they "read" the knife at all they would see it is a counterfeit.
