Got to keep up these cultural relations . :)
Or maybe a double-bladed knife, he could call it the Phat Phuk!

Nice collection, you're right that roach is a bit much, they could've put a scorpion or a black widow on it.

Re: The "Payback."

I have found some very nice, well made knives that are made in China. I'm thinking about ordering them in quantity, laser marking them "PAYBACK by Bill DeShivs"- and selling them. What do you guys think? Not only would I be appropriating their design, but they would be manufacturing them for me! Th...

Re: How many times a week you give your collection a look?

Right now my desk is adorned with a ProTech Godson tuxedo and an 11in Frank B dark horn picklock. Today, during someone's lengthy monologue on a call I picked up the godson and fired it. They open with such a loud snap that I'm sure the others on the call heard it :D Jim I have a little table next t...

Re: How many times a week you give your collection a look?

I have most of my collection in the living room under glass, so I see them every day. Every week I have a guest knife at my computer desk for "Flickin while Clickin". :) This week it's a 9" Frank B 2023 LE Honey Horn picklock, missing the woodies I sold last week!

Re: Can anyone recommend a good kitchen knife?

A common carbon steel knife will work best, easy to sharpen, most high-end knives are made with steel that's impossible to sharpen.

Re: Water stains (rust?)

Be careful with abrasive pads, a little descaler such as CLR mixed 50 50 with water will take care of any deposits and rust.

I think the LE 2023 are the best made Frank Bs I own and being picklocks are a plus, they're close to the Latamas. Eric, you'll have to share a picture of what you've collected so far.

Re: Latama MOP 28cm

Did Latama just start putting their knives in boxes? The ones I bought came in a ziplock bag and a velvet pouch. That's a beauty by the way!
