I think its a side opener, that is made to look like an OTF. Ive seen spring assisted side openers that is made to look like balisong knives too.

To my understanding, they are no real ones in that size, The real ones are 8 or 9 inches long.

Its a fake, I have one, It doesnt compare to a real one. But if the price is right you should pick it up. Its quite well made for being a chinese knife.
