Re: Things that go bump in the night !!!!
My first guess was a drunk driver .
I'm glad it wasn't, and the guy was ok.
I really like how the reflective strips in the firemen's outfits and on the firetruck photograph.

Don't forget that balisongs tend to be lefty-friendly as well.

Re: Here's A New One For Me...
Fascinating. The Dalton Balisongs get almost no attention from the balisong community. I wonder why that is.
How does it flip? Is the aluminum too light?
How long is the blade?

Gorgeous work, as always.
It's very interesting to see low key, simple anodizing. Usually, it's over the top.

Re: A good cheap harmonica?
I'll start with a Hohner Pocket Pal, and if I'm still into it in a couple months (maybe sooner?), I'll move up to a Special 20 or maybe a Lee Oscar. The modular construction and readily availible parts for the Lee Oscar harmonicas is interesting. I'm going to pick up the Pocket Pal Monday afternoon,...

A good cheap harmonica?
I'm thinking that it's about time I get a harmonica. I'm thinking it would be neat to have a musical instrument I can put in my pocket, and it would be a good use of downtime while waiting for the city bus (at deserted bus stops, anyways). I have almost no musical experience. It seems as though most...

Re: Has anyone purchased from....
From another forum... The website in question, assistedknife.com, fails just about every test of legitimacy: it gives no actual person's name, no explaination of ownership, no real e-mail address, no street address, and no phone number. The domain name was registered about three months ago... and is...
